What is the cooperation process ?

The following process is usually carried out :

For End User:

1. Confirmation of quality standard .The customers’ color swatch, if necessary, is usually required. Or RAL standard may be used.
2. Confirmation of prices.
3. Sample testing
4. Customers place formal order after sample testing.

For Reseller:

1. Customers investigate the market, and provide the best-selling colors in the market .
2. Confirmation of prices.
3. Customers place a small order 800-1000kg to test in the market.
4. Quality approval and cooperation on the long term.

The above process is flexible and can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

What is the package standard ?

10-25kg/ plastic bag/carton, 800-1000kg/pallet

• 25KG/CTN,1Ton(40CTNS)/1.8CBM/PLT,
• 20KG/CTN,1Ton(50CTNS)/2CBM/PLT,
• 10KG/CTN,900KG(90CTNS)/2.3CBM/PLT(not recommended)

What is the minimum order quantity?

200kg/color, at least 800-1000kg for one pallet

What quality standard we use for production?

1. Custom made according to customers’ quality standard.
2. Our own quality standard.

What is the lead time?

5-14 days after prepayment,the actual time is subject to the number of colors and quantity for each color.

What is the mode of transportation ?

1. Small quantity less than 800kg: by air
2. Large quantity more than one pallets: by ship

Can i have a free sample?

Less than 2kg is free of charge, but the air freight may be considered according to the actual situation.

What is the payment method?

• 30% T/T prepayment, 70% T/T against BL or LC.
• For distributor, OA payment term is acceptable according to the actual situation.

• RAL color – international standard
• Our color catalog
• Custom-made as per color swatch from customers.
