FHBE® S1 Single Layer FBE Powder Coatings are the most cost-effective coatings for general pipeline operations.It has excellent flexibility characteristics even at -50° C (-58° F) and exhibits low water absorption.
FHBE® S1 Single Layer FBE Powder Coating is a Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coatings with Single Layer corrosion protection technology for standard service temperature. It has excellent flexibility characteristics even at -50° C (-58° F) and exhibits low water absorption. The recommended coating thickness is in the range of 300 – 700 µm.

FHBE® T3 is a Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coatings for 3 layers coating system as a primer. It has good adhesion with PP as primer and has the excellent adhesion properties and corrosion resistance properties .

3-layer coatings are popular corrosion protection systems used in many countries. This systems guarantees high resistance to chemical attack, while ensuring perfect adhesion and outstanding resistance to cathodic disbondment. A high level of performance can be achieved by combining the best features of FBE and stabilized PE (Polyethylne) and PP (Polypropylene)
The FBE primer prevents cathodic disbondment.
The copolymer adhesive provides a tight bond between the FBE primer and the outer PE/PP layer.
The PE/PP layer provides a tough flexible coating with outstanding resistance to mechanical properties.
